20-30 Club Events

 


Easter:

Every Easter Sunday the Carson Valley Active 20-30 club hosts the Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Lampe Park. The Easter Egg Hunt takes place at 1pm with three different age groups. The age groups are broken down as 0-3 / 4-6 / 7-11. Each field has prize eggs as well as a Golden Egg that awards a savings bond. There is also the Easter Bunny on hand to meet and take photos with. This event is a free event so please bring your family and friends to join us on Easter Sunday.



Carson Valley Days:

Every second FULL weekend in June is the Annual Carson Valley Days Festival. The festival is a three day festival with a Parade, Craft Show, Carnival, Live music, and Activities for both kids and adults. The event is a fun filled family event for everyone. Please click on the Carson Valley Days name above to direct you to our Carson Valley Days page for more information. Proceeds from this event is given back to special needs kids of Douglas County.



Carson Valley Active 20-30 Truck Pulls:

One Hot August Saturday night the Valley will RUMBLE and ROAR with the sounds from the Douglas County Fairgrounds located off Pinenut Road. If you look to the south east you will see a glow of a orange and brown light. Beginners to professional will take there truck and machines and put them to the test. The gates open at 4pm and festivities begging with the little ones kids peddle tractor pull followed by the Main Event. So bring your ear plugs and blankets and be ready for a night full fun.


Carson Valley Active 20-30 Haunted House:

In the cool dark nights of October the Lampe Park pavilion is transformed into a rustic old house which is filled with ghost and goblins. Starting at 6 pm nightly be prepared to be spooked and scared as you enter the house with 12 horrifying rooms. Admission is only 5 dollars and there is a dollar discount with anyone who brings a can food to benefit the Family food Closet.
