We're excited to welcome you to Carson Valley Days 2025! Please read the full info below — it includes setup times, rules, early access for next year, and a few last-minute updates.

🛠 Vendor Setup Instructions

Setup Options:

• Wednesday, June 11th – 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  Optional early setup – no vendor sales this night.
  👉 Food vendors are strongly encouraged to set up Wednesday, but either day is fine.

• Thursday, June 12th – Preferred setup day for all other vendors
  You may arrive anytime after 9:00 AM.
  ⛔ No vendor may begin setup before 9:00 AM.

📍 Placement & Spots

• Spots are first come, first served

• We will place vendors as we see fit based on booth type, spacing, and power needs

• Our team will be onsite to help guide you to your area

🚗 Vehicle Rules (Strictly Enforced)

• All vendor vehicles must be out of Lampe Park by 3:00 PM each day — no exceptions

• No vendor parking is allowed inside the park

• You may not drive back in until Sunday afternoon

• 🚨 Any vehicle left inside the park after being told to move will be towed

We're opening a waitlist for next year — just for you. This gives you priority access before the public.
